Extra service:
All extra services not included in the room price will be paid at check- out. Ask our staff to authorize with your signature requested services.
Payment:
– with visa or mastercard credit card, through our website or by e-mail: the full price will be charged 30 days before the check-in date.
– by bank transfer, it is required to pay 50% of the total price upon booking confirmation and pay the balance within 30 days before the check-in date. always send the receipt of payment via email.
Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellation at least 30 days before the check-in date are not eligible for penalty; the payment will be refunded. Banking fees and any difference in exchange rate will be remained charged to the customer.
In case of cancellation received less than 30 days from the check-in date or in case of no presentation, whatever the determine cause, without any exception there is a penalty equal to 100% of the price. In this case, the management reserves the right (where possible) to give the customer a shift of date.
In case of late arrival or early departure, no refunds nor reductions.
